Return & Refund Policy
Below are the terms for orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
- Customer can cancel the order before we process the invoice for the products. Once the invoice is issued, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- If the customer changes his/her mind about any order placed by him/her, he /she can cancel it by contacting us on the toll-free number/ email or any mode of communication as made available by the Company with the unique tracking identity number provided upon order confirmation.
- Upon receiving your cancellation request before processing the invoice, we'll cancel the order and initiate a refund within 7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your Homemonde Wallet for future purchases.
Order Returns
- Customers can request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or differs from the order placed and a duplicate order is placed within 7 days of receiving it.
- To initiate a return, keep the product unused and in its original packaging and provide the necessary details on the Company’s website’s Return & Exchange section.
- The Customer is required to produce the original invoice for the products to enable the return process and/or initiate refunds, as the case may be.
- We'll verify the return request and may request images or a visit to assess the product's condition. Based on the assessment, we'll accept or reject the return.
- The return will be processed if the product meets specified conditions, including being unused and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Any return request initiated by the customer will be subject to a comprehensive review by Homemonde's internal audit team. The claim will be processed only upon verification and approval by the review committee, which will determine the authenticity of the request. Customers are required to provide an unboxing video of the product and a repackaging video at the time of return as evidence when submitting a return request. This video will be reviewed by the team as part of the verification process to assess the validity of the claim.
Homemonde reserves the right to deduct a shipping fee from the refundable amount as follows:

Homemonde further reserves the right to decline any return claim that is determined to be non-compliant with the company’s return policy, lacks sufficient supporting evidence such as the unboxing and packaging video, or is deemed invalid during the review process. All claims will be processed strictly in accordance with these terms.
- We won't accept returns for certain products, or if the return request is made after the specified period. The decision of the company to accept or reject the return of the product shall be final and binding on the customer.
Order Exchange
- Customers can initiate an exchange for an item purchased from us within 7 days from the date of delivery. To start the exchange process, submit details of the item you want to exchange and the reason for the exchange in the Return & Exchange section.
- Items eligible for exchange include those that are unused, in their original packaging. Products must have all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- You can exchange the item for your preferred size, colour, or a different product of equal or lesser value. Exchange requests for higher-priced items may require payment of the price difference.
- Upon receiving the returned item and after verifying its condition, we'll process the exchange.
- The exchanged item will be shipped back to you within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Any request for an exchange initiated by the customer due to a change of mind or an error made by the customer while placing the order shall be subject to the following conditions regarding shipping fees:

Note: The exchange process shall be initiated only upon receipt of the applicable shipping fee payment.
Homemonde reserves the right to enforce these terms and decline any exchange request that fails to comply with the stated policy.
By placing an order with Homemonde, the customer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the above policy.
Disclaimer: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for such items.
*To facilitate the replacement or exchange of a product, we kindly request customers provide an unboxing video upon receiving their packages.
Order Refunds

Customers are eligible for a refund only for products that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days upon verification of the product's condition.

The Company doesn't provide cash refunds; the refund amount will be credited to your Homemonde Wallet as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
- The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests that don't meet the quality conditions specified in the policy or that involve illegal or fraudulent activity in the purchase.

The company shall not be liable for any illegal activity, theft, fraud, or cheating by the logistic partner or any customer complaints for which the Company is not responsible.
HomeMonde Gifting Policy
At Homemonde, we’re delighted to offer thoughtfully curated Gifting Boxes and Combo Packs, perfect for festivals, birthdays, and special occasions. As these products are specially packed and personalized, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Non-Returnable Products
All gifting products, including Gifting Boxes and Combo Packs, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to their customized nature.
2. Return Eligibility – Subject to Sole Discretion
Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following exceptional cases, and are subject to Homemonde's sole discretion:
- A completely different product was delivered
- The product is damaged, torn.
No return or replacement will be entertained for reasons like change of mind, color preference, gifting disapproval, or minor variation in print or packaging.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video/Photos
To request a return under the above exceptions:
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened
- The video should clearly show the shipping label, unopened packaging, and the issue being claimed
Requests without valid proof will not be accepted.
4. Time Window for Request
Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@homemonde.in along with the required video or photo evidence.
For more details, please refer to the Homemonde above Return and Refund Policy. The refunded amount will be credited to your Homemonde Gift Card account, which you can use for future purchases on any product.
Mandatory: *For any exchanges or replacements, please record a video showing the item being carefully placed back into its original box or bag. Additionally, make a video while handing over that package to the pickup agent. Customers are requested to mail these videos to care@homemonde.com only if the need arises. This way we can ensure smooth replacement or refund.
