General Shipping and Delivery Terms

Shipping Partners: We collaborate with reliable third-party logistics partners to manage the shipping and delivery of orders. The details of the logistics partner will be shared with you once the order has been dispatched.

Order Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- span>Delivery Timeline: Upon order confirmation, you will receive an estimated delivery timeline. Additionally, we'll keep you updated on your order status through either email, text message, or WhatsApp.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared so you can monitor the delivery status. While the company aims for accurate tracking information, occasional discrepancies may arise due to reliance on third-party delivery and tracking services.
Delays in Delivery
- Occasionally, delays in delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, riots, etc.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of any delays in delivery. However, the company shall not be held liable for any failure to promptly communicate the reasons for such delays, particularly when caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Number of Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, our logistics partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable delivery fees or expenses incurred.Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Full name
- Delivery address (with pin code)
- Contact details
- Delivery preferences
Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or failure.
Changes to Shipping Address
Customers may request a change in the shipping address before the order has been shipped. Post shipping the order, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address upon request; however, we cannot guarantee that the change will be accommodated.
If the address cannot be updated post-shipping, the customer has the option to refuse delivery. In such cases, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO), and applicable shipping charges and fees will be deducted in accordance with the Order Return Policy.
Shipping Fees on Orders
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all standard orders, regardless of the order amount.
- Customized Orders: Shipping charges will apply based on the product’s weight and will be reflected at checkout.
Return and Exchange Shipping Charges
When returning or exchanging an order, shipping fees will apply as follows:

Note:- Refund Discretion
Please note that all full refund services are provided at the sole discretion of the company. If a return or refund is found to be dishonest or lacking valid justification, the company reserves the right to reject the request and take appropriate action.

Fraudulent Returns, Product Misuse & Legal Recourse
Homemonde advises customers to be transparent and avoid unethical shopping practices. To maintain this standard, we have implemented clear policies regarding misuse, false claims, and unethical return activities.
Unethical Returns
The below-mentioned returns are unethical and strictly prohibited:
- Returning items after use (e.g., after washing or prolonged use)
- Returning products with original labels removed or packaging tampered with
- Submitting a return with a different or incorrect product intentionally
- Attempting partial product returns or theft
- Making baseless or unverified complaints or submitting misleading reviews or claims without proper evidence (e.g., images, videos, receipts)
Indulging in any of the above-mentioned unfair return practices may result in legal action against the customer.
False Reviews and Malicious Claims
Customers found posting false, defamatory, or misleading reviews intended to damage the brand’s reputation must provide substantiating proof. Homemonde retains the right to pursue legal recourse under applicable defamation laws if such claims are deemed harmful or fabricated.
Legal Action & Prosecution
If the company finds out that the customer is indulging in fraudulent returns or publishing false reviews, the company may take civil or criminal action under Indian law. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sections 415 & 420 IPC—Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property
- Section 403 IPC—Dishonest misappropriation of property
- Section 406 IPC—Criminal breach of trust
- Sections 468 & 471 IPC—Forgery and use of forged documents
- Sections 499 & 500 IPC—Defamation

Provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000—For digital fraud or misconduct
All disputes or legal actions arising from such activities shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Right to Refuse Service
Homemonde reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order and suspend or permanently block accounts if fraudulent behavior is suspected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Homemonde only processes prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is unavailable for international orders. The orders are typically processed within 2 business days for dispatch.
Delivery and Tracking
Delivery of international orders takes 5 to 7 days from the date of dispatch. Our shipping partners, i.e., DHL, provide tracking details directly to customers via email.
- Delay in Delivery—Delay in delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues, adverse weather, natural disasters, riots, etc. The company makes the best efforts to notify customers about the delay; however, in no case shall the company be held liable for not promptly communicating the reason for the delay.
- Number of Delivery Attempts - Our logistics partner makes up to three attempts to deliver the order on the shipping address provided. In case all three attempts are unsuccessful, the order is held cancelled, and a refund is initiated after deducting applicable delivery fees or expenses incurred.
- Delivery Details - Customers shall furnish complete and correct information regarding delivery address, contact details, and delivery preferences. Providing incomplete or incorrect information may cause delay or failure in order delivery.
- Change in Shipping Address - Customers may request changing the shipping address before the order has been shipped. Post-shipping, the address cannot be changed for international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange orders, customers must contact support@homemonde.com with order details. The request for the same must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
If the return or exchange reason is other than defective or damaged items, then the customer shall pay for shipping costs.

For an order of $23.25 being exchanged for an item worth $29.06: $5.81 (price difference) + $2.33 (10% of $23.25 return shipping) + $2.91 (10% of $29.06 exchange shipping) = $11.05 total |
Note: The exchange process shall be initiated only when the exchange order is received along with the receipt of the applicable exchange shipping fee payment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If the order is lost, damaged, or delayed, the customer must rest assured that we are there to assist.
- For orders that are lost during transit, customers are eligible for a full refund.
- In case the order is damaged, customers receive a full refund upon returning the damaged product.
- If the order is delayed, we investigate with our shipping partners and provide a status update.
Customers are requested to report the lost or damaged orders via email – support@homemonde.com – within 10 days from the date of dispatch.

- If a customer posts a false review or makes a claim, they are required to substantiate it with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos, receipts).

In the event that a review or claim is found to be deliberately misleading, fabricated, or maliciously intended to damage the brand’s reputation, Homemonde reserves the right to take legal action, including filing a case under defamation laws.
Legal Consequences
Individuals found engaging in any of the above activities will be held liable, and the company reserves the right to take legal action, including civil and criminal proceedings.
Under Indian law, such acts may be prosecuted under the following provisions:

Right to Refuse Service:
Homemonde reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may suspend or block user accounts permanently.
